Hi! I’m Autumn, your guide and provider here at Skin Avenue. I opened Skin Avenue in November of 2024, and have practiced Aesthetics since 2018. Skin Avenue is a spa-studio for those seeking a one-on-one experience in a quiet yet luxurious space. The treatments I provide are designed for the “high maintenance to be low maintenance” women. Minimal effort that keeps you feeling flawless for weeks. My promise to you is to provide the confidence and trust you deserve to have in an Aesthetician. It’s about artistry, results, and our connection. If we haven’t met yet, here’s the standard for my product lines here: - vegan, cruelty free - biodegradable skincare packaging - clean ingredients across the board - hypoallergenic wax - extra points for charitable brands! Cancellation Policy
Anyone’s day is subject to change, and sometimes life just happens.
Communication is a crucial part to maintaining fairness for myself and other clients of Skin Avenue.
You’ll receive multiple confirmation texts + emails. Fair and effective communication is required if an appointment needs to be changed.
- Give at least 48 hours notice if you have to reschedule, this gives that slot a chance to fill in.
- If your cancellation exceeds 48 hours, you will be subject to a 50% charge.
- “No-call No-shows” will be charged 100%.
- Two consecutive “No-call No-shows” will risk loss of booking privileges and profile removal depending on situation.
- In the event of illness, the cancellation fee will cover your rescheduled visit.
You’ll always be given the opportunity to reschedule within the week of your appointment.
